Sleep Well Night-time Meditation – Guided (27 min)
- The last thing we do or think about is what we take into sleep with us. For this reason it is important to always go to bed with positive thoughts.
- If you have had an argument with someone or are extremely highly strung, try doing some gentle stretch exercises before you go to bed.
- Caffeine drinks are known to interfere with a good nights sleep with most people. Try switching caffeine drinks for non-caffeine drinks from mid afternoon and throughout the night. Many people find warm milk drinks and various herbal tea’s relaxing.
- Try to get into a daily fitness or yoga routine. If you find going to the gym a bit hectic, basic yoga is a good alternative, for energizing the body, strength, relaxation via the breathing methods used, and aids in getting a better nights sleep.
