Loose flappy skin that jiggles around under the arms is any womans nightmare.

If you decide to use this method, it”s important to note: This is not a long term fix – The bat wings will eventually return. You may also find that you still want to cover up those arms, due to the scars left behind from the surgery.
An alternative to risky surgery is to do upper arm exercises designed to combat the bat wing problem. These may not work for everyone, but are certainly worth a try.
The sooner you start them the better chance you will have of tightening those waving under arms. Persistence is the key.
