How To Get Rid Of Loose Arm Flab Quickly With A Resistance Band

If you have bat wings (loose arm flab) –  that droops down from your upper arms that seems to move about on it’s own, you most likely keep your arms covered to hide the embarrassing sagging and random moving.

With a few minutes a day and a little determination, you can get rid of this loose arm flab.

Depending on how bad your bat wing problem is, and what the cause is for this extra dangly arm flab, will depend on how quickly you can rectify the problem, and how effective the results will be.

Many things can cause flabby arm skin, with the two main causes being rapid weight loss and aging.  Genetics – hereditary, Being over weight, Stress, Poor nutrition, Lack of sleep, Muscle loss and Hormones can also result in flabby arm bat wings.

HOW TO TONE UP FLABBY ARMS

YOU WILL NEED

  • Yoga mat It is not essential to have a yoga mat, but yoga mats do help to stop you from slipping when exercising.
  • Sneakers – recommended.
  • Resistance band that suits your strength level.  If you are new to resistance exercise using a resistance band, try using the lowest resistance band first and work your way up to needing a medium resistance band.   To learn more about resistance bands or to buy one – Take a look here – Resistance band or a resistance band set.

If you are new to exercising, do each exercise 3-4 times for each arm, and over time work your way up to doing more repetitions.  NEVER go past the point of strain.  Your body will tell you when you have done enough.

As an added bonus Kalei has also added exercise repetitions for the flabby jingly areas of the inner thighs – a brilliant idea and also very effective!
