An Easy Meditation For Beginners
Never attempt to do meditation when you are driving or operating machinery.
Choose a time when you are not likely to be interrupted to do your meditation. Turn off the phones or anything else that is likely to beep or ring while you meditate.
And stop worrying about whether you will be able to relax your mind – this will only keep your mind more active.
It is actually quite normal for your mind to wonder off and think about your worries or plans – Just bring your mind back to the music to bring you back to a meditative state.
Now sit in a comfortable position and take a few deep slow breaths and listen to the meditation. You can close you eyes if you like – I do.
